- Products Eligible for Return: Only products that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or not as described are eligible for return. Software and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or activated.
- Timeframe for Returns: You must initiate a return within 4 days from the date of receipt of your product.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support team at muneshrke@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
- Return Shipping: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
3. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
